Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Your Right To Cancel Your Order
If you are not pleased with your order, you have up to 30 days to ask for a refund. Items that have been personalised are exempt from cancellation.

Our products are truly personal and bespoke and as such we do not provide a direct refunds/returns policy.
We will however, always work with you to try and resolve any issues as swiftly as we can.
Damaged goods will always be replaced on request, Please just contact us with your query and we will always do our best to help.
